I am curious by nature about the world around me and have been interested for a long time in holistic therapies. Massaging friends and family was instinctual and simply made me happy.
Growing up I was leading a very busy life and started practicing yoga, and receiving massages to find relief. After some time my passion grew and I realised it was time for me to explore this therapies further. My ongoing journey took me through different styles and lineages exploring both traditional methods and modern approaches. This path of learning ultimately led me into combining many of these modalities into one powerful practice. Massaging has become my zen practice, a moving meditation, I believe it to be an essential addition to any wellness routine. I find incredibly effective in providing a wide range of benefits and it’s really rewarding to help someone feel better, whether by reducing pain, increasing range of movement, or simply creating space for them to relax and let go. I love connecting to every single one of my clients and I work with awareness to invest my heart, body, soul, and mind to make every session truly special
